Pulling and spinning the thermocouple plug will cause the wire to short out and the thermocouple to read inaccurately. Our Thermocouple Plug Collars work to prevent this by ensuring that the wire is properly secured inside of the plug.

We custom make a Type K Spring-Loaded Thermocouple and High-Temperature Magnet combo that can be easily attached to the area you are working on and can be adjusted to fit your temperature recording needs. This combo can withstand temperatures up to 450°F.

Our thermocouple extension leads can either be produced in a standard 6 block setup or manufactured in custom lengths with a loom and 6 plugs that are able to spread out and go around the piece you are working with. Both styles of extension lead plug easily into the ProHeat 35.
