Our insulated induction coil sleeves are completely customizable to your heat treating application. First, choose from either our 36-ounce silica fabric or 22-ounce kevlar fabric for the outer protection of the sleeve. Then, choose your insulation thickness from our choices of E-glass Needled Mat or Thermasil Needled Mat. Finally, we are able to sew on this insulated sleeve to either a coil that your company already has or a brand new liquid or air-cooled induction coil in any length that best suits your needs. With protective layers of both fabric and insulation, our insulated induction coil sleeves provide a high level of flexibility, durability, and thermal containment.
