Liquid cooled cables provide a highly versatile tool for preheating, stress relieving, hydrogen bake out, and post weld heat treat in a variety of pipe diameters. Great for preheat application on geometrics that prevent use of air-cooled blankets. On-board temperature control provides for manual or temperature based programming in a simple-to-learn operator interface. Uniform heating is maintained along and through the heat zone by using induction to heat within the material.
Liquid-cooled induction head that is used with the Miller ProHeat 35, includes thermocouple extension cable and cable cover. Rolling inductor is specially designed for heating moving parts. The optional mounting arm allows the rolling inductor to ride on the top or side of the pipe. Heating while rolling the pipe assembly allows for continuous fabrication. Compact and portable to configure around various pipe sizes throughout the fabrication shop.
